Normally we will use DHL, UPS, FedEx and SF for most orders and the shipping time will be 5-15 days. Estimated shipping time at checkout is not guaranteed and we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as poor weather conditions, international customs procedures, or any other circumstances leading to delays in delivery.

For the B-to-B trading and over-weight/size goods , we may use carriers that offers slower shipping service depending on the expenses and time tolerance.

Shipping expenses

Shipping costs are not included in the total order price at the time of purchase, and costs can vary based on a variety of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. Shipping expenses will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. However, we will offer free delivery for most orders over $200 except for B-to-B and over-weight/size items .

Taxes and import fees

Taxes and import fees are not included in the order price or the shipping cost. They will be calculated and collected at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes that may apply upon receiving the order.
